Who can apply to work with Decode?
Decode works with organisations that see a relevant opportunity to strengthen research, experience, creative or consumer decision-making with human evidence. This may include research and insights agencies, participant-recruitment partners, technology providers, referral or channel organisations, and consultancies or advisory firms. Start by sharing the organisation, the type of collaboration you are exploring and any relevant client or capability context. Each enquiry is reviewed before a partnership path is confirmed.
What opportunities can partners bring to Decode?
Partners can start a conversation around a specific client need, research brief or capability gap. This may include consumer or concept research, creative and campaign testing, UX and product experience research, participant recruitment, a potential technology workflow, or a relevant referral opportunity. The appropriate approach is assessed case by case. A submission does not confirm scope, technology selection, commercial terms, delivery or partnership status.
Can I request an asset before applying?
Yes. You can request a relevant battle card, one-pager, programme guide or enablement resource through the Partner Resource Library. Some materials are request-only so that customer-facing information remains current and appropriately governed. Requesting an asset does not require a formal partnership application, and access is reviewed based on the request context.
How are panel and participant requirements assessed?
Panel and participant needs are assessed as part of a specific research brief. The review may consider the research objective, target audience, market, methodology, recruitment approach, timing and applicable review requirements. Participant availability, market coverage, sample, feasibility and delivery approach are not implied by the website or a preliminary enquiry. These are confirmed only after formal scoping.
Do you offer formal reseller, integration or commercial arrangements?Do you offer formal reseller, integration or commercial arrangements?
Decode may explore referral, channel, technology or other commercial collaboration models where there is a genuine fit. The right model depends on the partner, client context, intended workflow and internal review. Submitting an enquiry or referring an opportunity does not create a formal arrangement. Any commercial, integration or contractual terms are discussed only through the appropriate review process.
Where can I direct security, technology or commercial questions?
Use the Partner enquiry form or contact partnerships@entropik.io. The team will route the request to the appropriate internal reviewer. Security, technology, integration, panel, delivery and commercial questions are reviewed individually. Please do not rely on a public page or preliminary conversation as confirmation of scope, availability, feasibility or contractual terms.
