Captures the participant's face, not their screen
AI Moderator sessions now capture video directly from the participant's camera, instead of recording their screen as before. Earlier, what got captured during a session was a recording of the participant's screen rather than the participant themselves.
This camera footage is then used to look at the participant's facial expressions, where they're looking during the conversation, their tone of voice, and how attentive they are throughout the session. This gives a more accurate picture of how a participant actually reacted during the conversation, compared to relying on a screen recording alone.
