Custom labels for 1–5 and 1–7 scales
Plain numeric scales don't always give respondents enough context to answer confidently. Researchers can now set custom labels on Likert Scale questions, on both 1 to 5 and 1 to 7 scales, for every point or just the key anchors like Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. Labels carry through Preview Mode, Tester View, and mobile, so the improved clarity holds everywhere a participant sees the question.
