Quick Approval Actions for Admins

Opening every approval request individually to act on it slowed admins down. Approve and Reject actions now live directly in the approval queue, with statuses updating instantly and requests moving automatically to the right section. Approvers can also add an optional rejection reason without leaving the list, so processing a queue takes one pass instead of many.
