Reopen Closed Studies

Continuing data collection after closing a study used to mean starting a duplicate from scratch. Researchers with the right permissions can now reopen an eligible study directly from the study actions menu, moving it back to Draft for edits or Active to resume collection, with existing responses, recordings, reports, and configuration left intact.
