Advanced Analytics for Collections

Decode now generates Advanced Analytics for media files uploaded within a collection. Once a media file is uploaded and its transcript is generated, speaker labels can be assigned to each file. After speaker labels are confirmed, Decode automatically generates full advanced analytics for that media, covering emotion, attention, and behavioural signals across the collection.

Teams working with collections of media files can now get the same depth of analytics that was previously only available for interview studies. Assigning speaker labels first makes sure these insights are correctly attributed to the right person, which makes the analysis more reliable and ready to use for qualitative synthesis.
