Moderator wraps up naturally instead of cutting off
AI Moderator sessions previously ended immediately once the configured meeting duration was reached, which could cut a participant off mid-conversation and leave the interview feeling abrupt. With this update, the moderator now keeps track of how much time is left in the session and sets aside roughly 10% of the total meeting time for closure. During this window, it begins wrapping up the discussion, asks any final follow-up questions if relevant at that point, and gives a closing message before the session actually ends.
This creates a more natural, professional feel to the interview instead of it stopping without warning. It also lowers the chance of losing important feedback right at the end of a session, since the participant gets a chance to finish their thought rather than being cut off. Overall, interviews now end with a clear, structured wrap-up instead of just stopping when the timer runs out.
