Transcript Download Support

Researchers could already view session transcripts within Decode, but there was no direct way to download them for offline review, sharing with stakeholders, or further analysis outside the platform. With this update, a transcript download option has been added to the Session Details page, letting researchers export a session's transcript directly from there.

This makes it much easier to share a transcript with stakeholders or clients without needing to copy the content manually. It also cuts down on the manual effort that used to go into pulling transcript content out of the platform by hand, and makes it easier to bring transcripts into whatever tools or workflows a team already uses for post-research analysis and reporting.
