Enhanced Copilot Experience

The Copilot experience has been significantly redesigned to work as a more intuitive, AI-first research workspace across the entire Decode platform. Researchers can now interact with Copilot through an experience that feels more streamlined and contextual, supporting natural conversation, deeper exploration of insights, easier navigation, and better access to the research assets tied to a project. This updated experience now supports workflows across Consumer Insights, User Research, Insights Hub, and AI Creative Insights, rather than being limited to a narrower part of the platform.

Research insights are often scattered across studies, reports, and different data sources, which makes it harder to pull everything together into one clear picture. This redesign is meant to help researchers find what they're looking for faster, move through their research more efficiently, and interact with AI in a way that fits naturally into how they already work day to day. It's also intended as groundwork for further AI-powered capabilities that will build on this same experience going forward.
