Book sessions at any time interval, not hours
Researchers can now configure qualitative sessions at more flexible time intervals instead of being limited to whole-hour slots — for example, sessions can now be scheduled for 9:15 AM, 10:40 AM, or 4:45 PM depending on configured availability. Participants also only see the dates and time slots that are actually available, making it easier for them to find and book a session that works.
Alongside this, session handling has been improved across several areas: availability, booking conflicts, joining a session after its scheduled start time, time zones, session limits, and minimum booking notice. Together, these changes reduce the scheduling and booking friction that used to come up when trying to line up a session with a participant.
