New 365-Day Free Plan

The existing 14-day Trial Plan has been replaced with a new 365-day Free Plan for all newly created workspaces. This gives new users much longer access to Decode to explore the platform, along with updated feature access, revised usage limits, and recurring monthly AI allowances in place of the old one-time trial limits.

Users now get monthly recurring allowances for AI-powered features such as AI Research Copilot, Deep Context Queries, AI Reports, and tester responses, instead of a fixed pool that runs out once and doesn't come back. Workspace and study usage limits have also been updated to align with this new plan, and all feature access across the platform now follows this revised configuration rather than the old trial rules.

This gives new users a more flexible onboarding experience, since they're no longer working against a 14-day countdown, and standardises feature access and usage limits consistently under the new Free Plan going forward.
