Delete AI Reports

Researchers can now permanently delete AI-generated reports that are no longer needed, directly from either the report list or the report details page. Before this update, there wasn't a way to remove a report once it had been generated, which could leave a workspace cluttered with reports no longer in use.

A confirmation dialog now appears before a report is permanently deleted, which helps prevent it from being removed by accident. This makes it easier to keep a workspace organised over time, and gives researchers more direct control over which AI-generated reports they want to keep around versus clean up.
