Revamped Qualitative Results Experience

The Qualitative Results experience has been completely redesigned into a unified workspace that spans qualitative studies, media collections, and the Files Library, giving researchers one consistent place to review interviews, uploaded recordings, and other research assets. Previously, reviewing these across different areas of the platform would have meant navigating separately between them.

The new experience includes Grid and List views, improved search and filtering, summary cards, better session tracking, and richer AI-generated metadata such as themes, emotions, and tags attached to each item. Researchers can now quickly locate specific recordings, check on processing status, review AI-generated insights, and manage large media repositories more efficiently than before, all from within this same unified workspace. This is meant to make qualitative research and media analysis feel more organised at scale, especially for teams working with a large number of studies or files at once.
