Mark, restore, or delete low-quality responses
Decode now introduces Invalid Response Management for Quantitative Studies, giving researchers more control over response quality and study integrity. Researchers can review, invalidate, restore, and permanently delete responses directly within a study, so that only high-quality responses end up contributing to analytics, reports, exports, and AI-generated insights.
Individual or multiple responses can be marked as Invalid by selecting a predefined reason, such as Duplicate Response, Test Response, Fraudulent Response, Failed Quality Check, Incomplete Response, or Other. Once marked, these responses are automatically excluded from analytics, AI-generated insights, reports, exports, and weighting calculations, while still remaining available within the study if needed later. Researchers can restore an invalidated response at any point, bringing it back into study results again.
Workspace Administrators can also permanently delete responses when required, and the Study Overview now shows separate counts for Valid and Invalid responses, giving better visibility into overall response quality at a glance.
