Our client found that users had difficulty navigating their pages, and certain pages had a low discoverability rate. We wanted to use our AI tech to look at users’ attention and engagement and see what worked, and what didn’t.

In the end, we were able to use our Facial Coding and Eye Tracking tech to make a pointed difference in the discoverability of their icons, as well as encourage more users to complete their account opening journey.
