Our client was coming up with a new ‘instant consultation’ feature and wanted to ensure it was a huge success on launch. They also wanted to improve their chatbot feature, which had a low engagement rate.

By capturing users' data such as facial emotions and eye gaze data among others, we were able to recommend the preferred user journey, identify and improve on friction points, and improve the discoverability of key icons.
